Building Inspection & Outdoor DiningOUTDOOR DINING: JUNE 4, 2020: Montgomery County enters the Yellow Phase on June 5, 2020. Outdoor Dining is allowed (with restrictions) during this phase. If you would like to create outdoor space for dining at your business that does not already exist, you must adhere by the attached resolution and complete the attached form and submit to the Township. The Township must receive your form and approve the space prior to opening the outdoor space. If you have questions, please contact the Township Office: 215-256-8087

On April 23, 2020, Governor Wolf announced that construction activities can resume in the State. However, there are strict guidelines in place for these activities. Below are links for more information.

The Township is doing inspections. Contractors will be required to follow specific rules and regulations during an inspection from a Township Official. These Inspection Regulations are linked below. The Township also requires completion and return of the attached acknowledgement before any inspections can be done.
