Mainland Pointe - SHR Harleysville, LP - Mixed Use Land development plan on Main Street. Includes single family dwellings, apartment buildings and commercial pads for lease.

Park Crossing at Salford: 48 Single Family Homes on Maple Avenue between Oak Drive and Route 113.  Fox Lane Homes - All parcels sold

Highpointe at Salford:1 9, 2-family dwellings (38 units) and 8, 3-family dwellings (24 units) for a total of 62 units on Oak Drive at the corner of Harleysville Pike. Fox Lane Homes
