Mainland V, LLC: 196 Main Street - Four (4) Apartment Buildings @ 9 units per building, a proposed bank, and a 7,400 s.f. retail space 

Shihadeh Residential Land Development - 6 dwelling units (3 sets of twins) within Lederach Village - Lederach Cross Road/Harleysville Pike

Clemens' Mill - Land development at 531 Main St. for Office Building and 13 residential units

The Fields at Jacob's Way (formerly Jacob's Crossing) - 42 attached residential units on Oak Drive (past the Post Office) and 1 single family home on Meadow Lane - Kay Builders

Chinmaya Mission Harleysville - Approx. 18,000 s.f. religious use building at 991 Lucon Road

Mainland Pointe - SHR Harleysville, LP - Mixed Use Land development plan on Main Street. Includes single family dwellings, apartment buildings and commercial pads for lease.

Park Crossing at Salford: 48 Single Family Homes on Maple Avenue between Oak Drive and Route 113.  Fox Lane Homes - All parcels sold

Highpointe at Salford:1 9, 2-family dwellings (38 units) and 8, 3-family dwellings (24 units) for a total of 62 units on Oak Drive at the corner of Harleysville Pike. Fox Lane Homes

DEH Holdings - 285 Wambold Road - Preliminary Plan for 2 industrial buildings: one 25,436 s.f. and future building at 24,200 s.f. for light industrial use and wholesale sales

Creekside at Mainland - Plan for land development at 7, 15, 17 and 29 Mainland Road, preserving the existing Mainland Inn and building 41 residential dwellings

Lederach Village Homes: Morris Road - Northeast side of Morris Road near Harleysville Pike - Two, 6-unit, 3-story apartment buildings (12 units) and Two, 4-unit, 3-story apartment buildings (8 units) for a total of 20 units.

Lederach Village Homes: 712 Harleysville Pike - Two, 4-unit apartment buildings and retaining the existing dwelling and converting it to an apartment - 9 total units.

Christopher Lane Realty- Land Development for a 22,000 s.f. light industrial building at 130 Christopher Lane - Hagey Road, LLC

841 Main Street - Proposed 4800 square foot office building and six apartments on 1.39 acres in the Village Commercial (VC) District - SCK2 Group, LLC

Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen Restaurant - 
sit-down and drive-through  within the Mainland Pointe development

ALMAC - 25 Fretz Road - Preliminary Plan for 78,000 square foot expansion of the existing facility, including parking facilities and storm water management at the corner of Fretz & Wambold Roads.

355 Maple Avenue - Building Renovation and additional trail connection - Administrative Office (AO) district - VV355, LLC 

785 Cressman Road -Subdivision of a 9.52 Acre Parcel in the R1-A Zoning District into 3 separate lots.
