UPDATE: JUNE 28, 2023:
**Due to the rainy forecast, the Road Paving Program is set to begin
June 29 & June 30, 2023. Please see the information below on roads
to be affected as well as a video on the
process being used.

NOTE: PAVING PROJECTS ARE WEATHER DEPENDENT!
IF IT IS RAINING, PAVING CAN'T OCCUR. IF THE CONTRACTOR FALLS BEHIND AT A PREVIOUS JOB DUE TO WEATHER,
FUTURE JOBS ARE AFFECTED.

ALL ROADS WILL BE SEALED IN THE SECOND PROCESS SET TO BEGIN WEEK OF JULY 17TH 


*PLEASE NOTE: THE CAPE SEAL PROCESS IS A MOVING OPERATION THAT DOES NOT NECESSARILY REQUIRE ROADS TO BE CLOSED. DEPENDING ON TRAFFIC IMPACT, CERTAIN ROADS MAY BE CLOSED MOMENTARILY.





The Road Improvement Program usually begins in mid June or early July as weather permits. Please check back to the Current News & Events page for exact dates and follow-up information

The Nova Chip (chip seal) operation usually takes place in early June. Please check back to the Current News & Events page for exact dates and follow-up information.

These public works improvement projects utilize liquid fuels funding from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
