ROAD PROJECT LISTING:
  • 2021 BASE REPAIRS TO THE FOLLOWING ROADS:
    • FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 3rd (Weather permitting)
  •  Morris Road (Upper Mainland to Quarry)
  •  Groff's Mill Road (Harleysville Pike to Indian Creek Rd)
    • THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 7th (Weather permitting)
  • Indian Creek Road (Groff's Mill to Freeman School Rd)
  • Freeman School Road (Township border to Salfordville Rd)
PLEASE NOTE: ROADS WILL BE CLOSED TO THROUGH TRAFFIC. SCHOOL BUSES, LOCAL RESIDENTS AND EMERGENCY VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ACCESS AS NEEDED.

  • ROADS TO RECEIVE CAPE SEAL PROCESS - FIRST STEP FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 10th & MONDAY SEPTEMBER 13TH:
    • Morris Road (Store Road to Quarry Road)
    • Freeman School Road (Township border to Indian Creek Rd)
    • Salford Lea Development (Shakespeare, Centre, Hawthorne & Longfellow)
    • Farmview Drive (Moyer Road to Doe Run Road)
    • Clubhouse Drive (Route 113 to Hoffman Road)
    • Godshall Road (Main Street to Ruth Road)
    • Christopher Lane
  • CAPE SEAL PROCESS SECOND STEP: WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 20th
    • All roads listed above - 5 days to complete second step
*PLEASE NOTE: THE CAPE SEAL PROCESS IS A MOVING OPERATIN THAT DOES NOT NECESSARILY REQUIRE ROADS TO BE CLOSED. DEPENDING ON TRAFFIC IMPACT, CERTAIN ROADS MAY BE CLOSED MOMENTARILY.

The Nova Chip (chip seal) operation usually takes place in early June. Please check back to the Current News & Events page for exact dates and follow-up information.

These public works improvement projects utilize liquid fuels funding from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
