D.R. Horton Homebuilders - 488 Harleysville Pike: Proposed Conceptual Plan for 38 dwelling units (mix of townhomes, triplexes and quadraplexes) on a 9-acre property with proposed wetland conservation.

*Sketch Plans are not official preliminary plans being submitted for review. Rather, they are a concept. Sketch plans do not receive a review by the Township Engineer unless requested. For more information on the process, please contact the Township Director of Building & Zoning.

PDC Machine (formerly JERC Partners) -  150,000 s.f.  manufacturing facility and warehouse at 59 Fretz Road

Park Crossing at Salford: 48 Single Family Homes on Maple Avenue between Oak Drive and Route 113.  Fox Lane Homes

931 Harleysville Pike - Plan for 4 single family detached homes accessed by a shared driveway.

Creekside at Mainland - Plan for land development at 7, 17 and 29 Mainland Road, preserving the existing Mainland Inn and building 41 residential dwellings

Lederach Village Homes: Morris Road - Northeast side of Morris Road near Harleysville Pike - Two, 6-unit, 3-story apartment buildings (12 units) and Two, 4-unit, 3-story apartment buildings (8 units) for a total of 20 units.

Lederach Village Homes: 712 Harleysville Pike - Two, 4-unit apartment buildings and retaining the existing dwelling and converting it to an apartment - 9 total units.
