Road improvements are scheduled on Church, Kinsey, Groffs Mill and Indian Creek roads this week. Please plan for closures, detours and additional travel time in these areas.

Church Road and Kinsey Road: October 19–20

Repairs will be taking place on:

• Church Road, from Township Line Road to Kinsey Road: Work will begin Monday, October 19, and continue into Tuesday, October 20.
• Kinsey Road, from Upper Mainland Road to Store Road: Work is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20.

Both roads will be closed to through traffic during the work. Access will be maintained for residents, emergency and essential services, and school buses.

Groffs Mill Road and Indian Creek Road: October 21–23

Repairs, milling and paving are scheduled for:

• Groffs Mill Road: Route 113 to Indian Creek Road
• Indian Creek Road: Groffs Mill Road to Freeman School Road

Traffic Restrictions and Detours

During work on Groffs Mill and Indian Creek roads:

• Northbound traffic will be detoured onto Salfordville Road at Freeman School Road.
• Indian Creek Road will be closed at Freeman School Road.
• Traffic entering Indian Creek Road from Groffs Mill Road or Sturgis Road will be directed downhill toward Freeman School Road and will not be permitted to travel toward Route 113.
