Are you a high school junior or senior who wants to make a difference in your community?
Do you see yourself pursuing a career in government, law, public service, business—or simply want a unique leadership experience?
The Lower Salford Township Junior Township Supervisor Program is your chance to get a front-row seat to how local government works. You’ll work alongside the Board of Supervisors, contribute your ideas, and represent the voice of young people in the community. You’ll attend public meetings, participate in discussions, and even have the opportunity to serve on other township boards or committees.

Who Can Apply?
- U.S. citizens who are residents of Lower Salford Township
- AND are in their junior or senior year at a public, private, vocational-technical, charter, or home-school program.
How to Apply:
- Complete a written application (linked below)
- Include a one-page letter of interest
- Submit up to three letters of recommendation from teachers, administrators, community leaders, coaches, or clergy.
- Submit Application to Township Manager Joseph Czajkowski via email (township@lowersalfordtownship.org) with the subject line "Jr. Supervisor Application - *Your Name*"
