The Lower Salford Township Police Department is pleased to announce their participation in Cell Phones For Soldiers, a non-profit organization, founded by teenagers Robbie and Brittany Bergquist of Norwell, Mass., to recycle used cell phones, using the proceeds to buy prepaid calling cards for soldiers serving in the Middle East.
