Agendas & Minutes


Agendas are posted no later than 24 hours before a meeting is scheduled. If the agenda is posted further in advance, please check back prior to the meeting to view any updates that may have occurred. 


Minutes will be posted within 24 hours after the meeting where they receive approval. Minutes will not be posted until they are approved by their respective body. For example, the minutes from a January meeting will not be posted until after the February meeting. 


The Township will maintain 12 months of Agendas & Minutes on the website. If you would like copies of Agendas, Minutes and/or Associated Documents that are not posted on the website, please complete the Right-to-Know form linked below and provide to the Township.
